At BROZG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1.Return Eligibility
- You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Final sale items, intimate wear, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
2.How to Initiate a Return
Email our customer service team at BROZG with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3.Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4.Exchanges
We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
5.Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Recheck your bank account or credit card statement.
Contact your payment provider—it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

6.Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at BROZG. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
